New Client Special: 2 classes for $45
I had always been too intimidated to start going to a studio regularly, but the community and environment here is incredibly supportive and kind. The classes (especially Athletic Reformer and Tone) are very challenging, and all the instructors are wonderful. Not only do I feel physically much better, I feel so much happier stepping out of class.

No experience necessary! Our instructors guide you through every movement and offer modifications to meet you at your fitness level. Whether this is your first workout or you're a seasoned athlete, our classes are designed for every body.
Wear comfortable, athletic wear that allows you to move freely. We recommend avoiding loose clothing that might get caught in equipment. Grip socks are required for safety and stability on the machine. Don't have grip socks? No problem. We sell them at the studio!
Just yourself and a water bottle! We provide everything else, including grip socks for purchase if needed. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early for your first class so we can give you a brief studio tour and machine orientation.
You might be! The equipment targets muscles in a unique way, so it's normal to feel sore for a day or two after your first few classes. This is a sign your body is getting stronger. The soreness decreases as you build strength and consistency.
We recommend starting with our Foundations class also known as Reformer Flow. This class is designed specifically for beginners. We will teach you the basic principles and movements of Pilates in a supportive environment. You can also schedule a private session to get personalized attention as you learn the fundamentals
All of our instructors are trained through Balanced Body, which includes hundreds of hours of education in anatomy, movement principles, and hands-on teaching practice. Our team continues their education through ongoing workshops, advanced certifications, and specialized trainings to bring you the highest quality instruction. Many of our teachers also have additional certifications in areas like pre/postnatal Pilates, injury rehabilitation, and specific equipment specializations.
We recommend starting with 2-3 classes per week to see optimal results. Consistency is key! Many clients pair Xformer with our Reformer Pilates classes for a complete mind-body fitness routine.
Mat Pilates uses your body weight and small props for resistance, while reformer Pilates uses a specialized machine with springs to provide adjustable resistance. Both are highly effective!
Classes at all studio locations are low-impact and can be modified for most injuries or conditions. However, we recommend consulting with your doctor before starting any new exercise program. Let your instructor know about any limitations before class so they can provide appropriate modifications.
You can cancel or reschedule through our app or website up to 8 before class starts. Late cancellations will result in a charge or loss of your class credit.
We ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes before class to get settled. Out of respect for the instructor and students in the class, we will not admit students late. Your spot may be given away to a waitlisted student at the start of class.
Yes! Private and semi-private sessions are available and can be customized to your specific goals, whether you're recovering from injury, training for something specific, or simply want more personalized attention. Contact us to schedule.
Absolutely! The beauty of the equipment is that you control your own resistance and intensity. Instructors provide modifications and progressions throughout class, so everyone works at their appropriate level while doing the same movements.
You can book directly through our website or app. First-timers, we offer an introductory package to help you get started. Have questions? Reach out to our team. We're here to help!
